ABOUT CHUMALYA

CHUMALYA is a word that has been part of my life since childhood. My grandmother used to say it to me when i was little. We never knew exactly what it meant-it was simply CHUMALYA.

Years later, I decided to give that word a new meaning and turn it into a luxury brand.

And then I discovered something unexpected: there is actually a small village called Chumalya in Bashkortostan, Russia.

I didn’t name the brand after it. I didn’t even know it existed.

Maybe some names are meant to find their meaning along the way.
